Waitlist privacy notice
Version 2026-10-01. This notice covers the details you give us on fonshive.com before you are a customer: the waitlist form and the contact forms. It is issued by FonsHive LLC, a Minnesota company.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, your business name and your email address. If you choose to give them: the CRM you use and its plan, and your rough number of calls a month.
When you contact us: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and what you write to us.
With either form: the time you sent it, the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you to us, and any campaign tags or ad click codes in the address you arrived on. Your browser keeps those arrival details on your own device until you send a form. We set no cookies.
We do not ask for payment details. We do not record calls on this site.
Why we collect it
- To hold your place on the waitlist and email you when your account is ready.
- To work out what we can connect in your CRM and what your price would be.
- To answer your question or book your walkthrough.
- To see which of our own marketing brought people to us.
We email you about your place on the waitlist and in reply to what you send us. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Who handles it
We do. Two kinds of service providers store or carry it for us: a hosting and database provider in the United States, and an email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: while you are on the list. After 12 months we ask whether you still want your place. If you don't answer, we take you off the list and delete your details within 30 days.
Contact messages: up to 12 months after our last reply.
If you become a customer, our full Privacy Policy applies from then on. It is published before the first paid account opens.
How to be removed, or see what we hold
Write to hello@fonshive.com from the address you gave us. We take you off the list and delete your details within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold or ask us to correct it.
